Linksys WAG54G HTTP Server Denial of Service Vulnerability

DESCRIPTION:
r0ut3r has reported a vulnerability in Linksys WAG54G, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the HTTP server when
handling requests with overly large parameters. This can be exploited
to stop the HTTP server via specially crafted HTTP GET or POST
requests.

The vulnerability is reported in firmware version 1.02.20. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict HTTP access to trusted users only.
